Detoxification and Residential Treatment Care:

If you are concerned because you or someone in your family or circle of acquaintances is suffering from alchohol or chemical dependency, you will be interested to know that help is near at hand. The Empire Recovery Center in Redding provides an alcohol and drug free atmosphere with caring persons in attendance. We will help you through your troubled times.

We accept men and women over 18 years of age regardless of sex, race, religion, ancestry or national origin. We offer a program that covers the initial intervention, through detoxification, to residential care. A concerned staff works closely with each person providing the attention and help needed and deserved. A professional caring attitutude prevails at this Social Model facility. We are State Licensed and Certified.

At ERC we offer a comprehensive range of Recovery Services, which requires, but are not limited to, the following:

• Intervention and Assessment
• Evaluation and Treatment recommendations designed to fit the individual's needs
• 30, 60 and 90 day programs.
• Detox Services
• Outpatient Services
• Recovery Dynamics
• Addressing individual health and needs
• In-house and community services, classroom, group and individual counseling.
• Separate men's and women's groups
• Recreation
• Family Support allows family members to learn about the disease and to receive information about services and support groups available.

Outpatient Services

Empire Outpatient continues to grow and change as the recovering community?s needs change. We are staffed by CAS Certified Addiction Specialists most of whom are also recovering addicts and alcoholics themselves. We understand the pain and suffering that the disease of addiction, alcoholism and co-dependence can cause because we have experienced it ourselves. It is our goal to help guide those who are struggling with substance abuse issues into living a program of recovery where healing can begin and serenity can be found.

We are currently looking for volunteers who enjoy working with recovering addicts and alcoholics. It is a great way to give back and be of service.

Sober Living Day

Mid-Week Sober Living Day provides interaction with Group activities and outdoor recreation whenever possible. Some of the activities include the following:

• Introduction to Community Resources and Cultured Programs
• Involvement in Community Events
• Public Information and Education
• Referral Network
• Transitional Living Referrals
• Active Alumni and Family Group Programs
