Empire Outpatient Services provides recovery opportunities in an outpatient setting to both men and women. Our facility is wheelchair accessible. EOS, a non-profit corporation, offers social model counseling, alcohol and drug education and referrals for vocational, community and health services. People helping people Recovery Services • AOD Assessment • Substance Abuse Treatment • D.O.T. and Private Sector Education Classes • Aftercare • Referral	Outpatient Program Includes Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) Education, Relapse Prevention, Treatment and Recovery planning, Individual Counseling, Group Process and Community Referral. Program groups meet 2 to 3 days per week, for a minimum of 6 months. All services are developed according to individual needs D.O.T. and Private Sector AOD Education Classes Serving individuals who have been referred by their employers to receive Alcohol/Drug Education. These groups meet twice weekly, for one month, totaling 12 hours. Alumni Group An aftercare peer support group for those who have completed an Empire Treatment Program.
