Empire Outpatient Services provides recovery opportunities in an outpatient setting to both men and women.

Our facility is wheelchair accessible.




EOS, a non-profit corporation, offers social model counseling, alcohol and drug education and referrals for vocational, community and health services.

Outpatient Program

Includes Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) Education, Relapse Prevention, Treatment and Recovery planning, Individual Counseling, Group Process and Community Referral. Program groups meet 2 to 3 days per week, for a minimum of 6 months.

according to individual needs




D.O.T. and Private Sector AOD Education Classes

Serving individuals who have been referred by their employers to receive Alcohol/Drug Education. These groups meet twice weekly, for one month, totaling 12 hours.


Alumni Group

An aftercare peer support group for those who have completed an Empire Treatment Program.
